Kilimo Media Trains Graduate Interns at Bus Radio

Kilimo Media held a one-day training in July 2020 for Bus radio interns, all of whom were fresh Journalist graduates. This is after Victor Juma, the station manager requested Kilimo Media to facilitate a training for this young and eager team. The one-day crash training which focused on radio techniques covered topics such as conducting interviews, radio formats, writing for radio, and the Zara radio software for automation.

The interns who were eager to learn, felt that the day ended too soon. Their sentiments were called for given that the one-day programme is normally conducted by KiMI over a period of three days.  The training session ended with a promise by KiMI to organize various trainings on specific topics as requested by the station within the year.
